History

We initially formed the business Princeton Design in 1992. Princeton Building Design was incorporated in 1994. We initially designed roads and infrastructure for Petrol Stations (A.A Petroleum – BP, Pentaco Oil – Mobil and Milemaker Petroleum – Caltex). We added Residential Apartments and Warehouse/Office constructions in 1995.
We offer the following services:

building and project managing

civil/hydraulic engineering

structural engineering

land subdivision/development

OxfordBuilders have already carved out a niche market in the commercial/industrial, petrol service station development and seeks new markets to broaden its client base even further. Princeton Hydraulics Pty Ltd was certified by Davis Langdon Australia as a quality endorsed Company in accordance with Standards Australia, Licence No. 2282 in December 1997 – Design and Construction of Roads and infrastructure. Princeton Hydraulics is known to City West Water, Yarra Valley Water and South East Water as preferred Engineering Consultants.
